1、从海洋等来源的特境微生物“talented strains”资源中发掘
创新药物先导化合物:
利用生物学与化学相结合的集成筛选方法,从海洋等特殊环境微生物中筛选并发现具有重要生物活性的药物先导化合物及药源微生物“talented strains”新资源。
2、非“talented strains”向“talented strains”的转化研究:
利用化学诱导和共培养技术,激活微生物中表达次生代谢产物的沉默基因,转化“非天才菌株”为“天才菌株”。
3、天然药物的优化:
对具有重要生物活性的微生物天然产物进行结构修饰,探讨构效关系,获得临床候选药物。

教育背景1981–1985年:武汉大学化学系,毕业并获得理学学士学位。
1985–1988年:武汉大学化学系,毕业并获得理学硕士学位,发表论文1篇(现为SCI期刊)。
1997–2001年:中科院昆明植物研究所,毕业并获得理学博士学位,发表SCI论文14篇(第一作者SCI论文8篇)。
个人经历1988–2003年:云南师范大学化学系,从事有机化学科研与教学工作,任讲师、副教授、教授;承担国家、省级课题各1项,发表论文15篇,主编教参1部。
2001–2003年:中国科学院上海有机化学研究所博士后,从事活性产物喷脑皂甙元及其衍生物合成研究,申请中国发明专利3项(授权2项)。
2003–今:中国海洋大学医药学院,从事海洋天然产物化学的科研与教学工作,任教授、硕导、博导。承担973、863、NSFC等国家级课题15项,发表SCI论文115篇,申请中国发明专利25项(授权12项)。
2017年12月8日中国海洋大学朱伟明教授应邀作客“未央导师论坛”,做了题为《特境微生物来源的活性产物研究》的报告。[1]
