男,1978年生,湖北麻城人,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院大学岗位教授,中国科学院青年创新促进会首批会员,城市地理与城市发展研究室副主任。2001年获北京大学城市与环境学系学士学位,之后一直在中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所学习和工作,2004年获人文地理学硕士学位,2007年获人文地理学博士学位,2009年博士后出站。曾获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖(2009年度)、中国科学院优秀博士论文奖(2008年度)、中国科学院院长优秀奖(2007年度)、中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖(2017年度,排名第5)、国家哲学社会科学优秀成果奖(2015年度,排名第5)、环保部科学技术进步二等奖(2016年度,排名第3)等。
研究领域主要从事城市与区域发展及规划研究,侧重于城镇化与水资源利用的耦合关系调控研究以及城镇化的资源环境保障研究。提出了水资源约束力理论、基于城镇化和水资源双向流动视角的城乡协调理论,建立了城镇化与水资源利用的耦合关系模型,核算了水资源对城镇化的约束强度,构建了城镇化与水资源利用的情景模拟系统;近年来将资源环境要素由水资源为主向综合资源环境方向进行了延伸拓展,重点研究了资源环境约束下的中国城镇化与城市群可持续发展机理与模式。[1]
科研业绩主持国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年基金项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目子课题、国家社会科学基金重大项目课题、国家重点研发计划专题、中国科学院部署项目与课题、国家部委和地方政府委托课题33项。参与完成了国家自然科学基金重点项目,国家科技支撑计划重大项目,973项目,中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向性项目和重大项目,地方政府委托的城市规划、产业规划、区域规划项目等40项。在国内外主流期刊上发表学术论文70篇,其中第一或通讯作者论文54篇,第一或通讯作者的SCI/SSCI论文18篇。主编学术著作2部,副主编6部,参编13部。参与编写省部级以上政府发文实施的规划6份。[1]
