不懂，想我以前也是自学，不过，要先基本知道那是个什么东西，需要注意的问题，你真以为你达人啦？人家那小孩说自学，是因为周围有会跳的人，加上点小勤奋，你还真以为你能行啊？

暂不说外面现在培训机构多乱，教练多不好，但人家也好歹受过专业训练，你只要去报个把月的班，把要了解的事情全部了解了，需要注意的问题注意了，然后你再自己占研，那倒还是不错
