After replacement of the faulty parts,if the water charges/bill return to normal ,we will then refund the difference . And if the charges/bill still the same as in Feburary , this proves the unusual higher water charges/bill did not cause by the faulty parts .
The renting contract is due for renewal in a year's time , please let me know your decision on this matter as soon as possible .
